My colorful story.
Marketing is in my DNA, and my DNA is in my work. But trust me, there is a whole world beyond strategies and campaigns. So jump in and discover the colorful sides of me, beyond the marketing magic.
I spent my childhood years in the Bijlmer district of Southeast Amsterdam. As a teenager, I lived in the western part of the city, and as a student, I called De Pijp district home. I am a true Amsterdammer with a very rich cultural heritage. I enjoy mixing with people from diverse backgrounds; my experiences have made me interested in people. More than titles or diplomas, people's stories and motivations fascinate me - that is where my interests lie.
Nowadays I live in Amstelveen with my partner and two beautiful daughters. Another passion of mine is music, which is deeply rooted in my life, thanks to my father's daily love of MTV and his wall-to-wall CD collection. Whether I am listening, singing, writing music, or working with background music, it has always been a common thread in my life.
My love of literature is in my roots. It is a legacy I am proud to carry on, dating back to my grandmother, Bea Vianen. Her stories and books fueled my passion for literature. As the granddaughter of the first-ever Surinamese writer to be published in the Netherlands, I am very proud to continue her legacy by republishing her books. An ode to my grandmother.
